Air Source’s 80th Anniversary

Air Source Industries has been serving the local community for 80 years! We’re excited for this milestone and want to reflect on our heritage, how we’re celebrating and our goals for the future.

History
The 1933 Long Beach earthquake showed there was a serious shortage of reliable medical gases to support the local area. This provided the foundation for our company origins. 5 years later in 1938, we opened our doors as Bowers Medical Equipment providing private ambulance services and medical gases in the greater Long Beach area.

Bowers Medical Equipment provided many decades of excellent service to the community. In 1992, the Bowers Medical Equipment team transitioned to become Air Source Industries. Air Source Industries has continued to grow serving the industrial and medical business sectors and has become the trusted source of gas in the area.

Celebrating 80 Years
The Air Source team is excited to celebrate 80 years in business. This month our team threw an anniversary party complete with a decorated cake!
